"Great place to stay, away from town but close enough to everything."

Owners are amazing, VERY accommodating. Breakfast was great and worked well with my schedule. If ever in Waco I will stay here for sure. I shared my experience with my daughter and she was able to come by and see my room (Carolina) and will be staying here too on her next Waco visit.

This place is absolutely PERFECT!

The staff is top notch. Facilities are immaculate. I could not ask for a single thing more. By far the best Bed and Breakfast I’ve ever been in and I stay in them a lot. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Hospitality, meal, lovely room. Room had a bit of a musty smell...would suggest airing out or quick air freshener prior to guest arrival. We will definitely plan on another stay.
