Property Notes

Payment of 50% of the total rate within three days via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Failure to confirm the payment may result in cancellation of the booking. Your deposit refunding will be postponed if cancellation happened less than three days before check-in day. 90% of the deposit is refundable when you cancel your booking three days before arrival. An extra quilt costs NTD100. An extra bed is NTD500 on regular days and NTD800 during Chinese Spring Festival. Check-in time is after 16:00. Check-out time is before 11:00. Please note that drinking, smoking and cooking are not allowed inside the property. Please note that pets are not allowed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
