Brand new, spotless, very clean and comfortable rooms with modern equipment. Great location right next to the main road. Staff was very friendly and helpful, fulfilling my request right away. The food was also excellent at the restaurant.

1. The building was so new that the HVAC unit was still not connected so there was no air flow in the room, could only use the open window for air flow control. I hope they will finish installing the HVAC control by the summer. 2. Apparently the central boiler is far from this new building, so it takes 3-4 minutes for the hot water to arrive to the shower. I hope they improve on that. 3. The small desk could use a bit more direct local lighting with a desk lamp if somebody wanted to work there like I did. Overall I had a good experience, so I hope they will improve on these to make the place excellent.
