"A perfect location on top of the Eze Village and incredible view."

If you want to stay in the magical Eze Village, this is the best location. Our friends stayed at the fancy Hotel Château de la Chèvre d'or and we wanted to stay in the village close to them but didn't want to spend the money they spent. This guesthouse is literally less than one minute walk from the hotel and the famous restaurant where we had lunch and dinner. The owner who checked us in was very friendly and proud of the remodel she did. The decor in the whole place is super cute and lovely. It takes a bit of climb up but the view from the rooftop balcony is absolutely incredible. There's a table and a couple of chairs so you can sit and enjoy the view and the quiet. A bit earlier in the morning, I went out to take some photos of the village before the hoards of tourists got there and it was great. We would totally stay here again.

Getting to Eze alone, much less the hotel, was quite difficult to get to.

"gorgeous little apartment in the centre of EZE"

the position inside the village and the small rooftop terrace. lovely to walk around of a night when no visitors are in the village.

nothing to dislike about the property itself but there is a lack of restaurants for dinner. The Italian restaurant in the village is poor and others are extremely pricey.

excellent location , top of the line!

the air conditioning was broken or didn’t work to the full potential … we were there in Sep, and I had a hard time sleeping as it was real hot until about 2am … I only got to sleep for like 4 hours on night-2 … night-1 I was able to sleep as I was real tired from a flight and a drive in. please check the air conditioning , it needs replacement or capacity increase to 2-ton.
