"Disappointing"

The Ac was properly working and also the sleep was peaceful

No Hygiene of food plates, cutlery etc.also the bathroom hygiene is zero. No proper toiletry was provided .towels were utterly unhygienic.bedding was very much unhygenic also no ventilation at all in any room except 6th floor

The room facilities were very poor. The room was infested with insects. The blankets had a fusty smell. Water leaked from the ceiling and the bathroom had an extremely fetid smell. When the staff were informed, it appeared perfectly fine to them.
