The owner was womderful

The property was very clean and modern. Even though it’s a B&B, the room was cleaned every day. Around 7 minutes to the beach and 10-15 to the centre (where most restaurants are located). The hosts are very welcoming. The garden is also very nice.

Breakfast could be improved as it was made of mostly sweets. This is not related to the property but I am writing in case other people will happen to be in the same situation as us: If you want to get to the property from Rome via train, get off at Anzio station and then get the Cotral bus (direction Rome) until you reach the stop Ninfa Alburnea. The property is located near the bus stop. We got off at Villa Claudia train stop (closest one to the property), thinking of grabbing a taxi from there (taxis are only in anzio) and had to walk to the property. The problem is that there are portions of the road without sidewalk. Highly recommend either taking the bus directly from Rome, direction Nettuno, and getting off at Ninfa Alburnea stop or the train alternative, getting off at Anzio and then bus.
