Location could be better

The people are lovely. All of them are warm, friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Renovations had clearly been ongoing for a while, the hotel was closed, but they only informed us at the very last minute. They tried to move us to their sister hotel, but this is not in the village, and their Facebook page had pictures of weed and machine guns….. They should have been honest and upfront about this earlier, and given us the chance to cancel the booking and look elsewhere. The Nubian village is also a complete tourist trap and a long long way into Aswan. Worth visiting but personally I wouldn’t stay there if visiting Aswan again. I note they are still open for bookings - I would check that the hotel has reopened before booking

El personal es muy amable y servicial el restaurante estaba cerrado por obras y cuando llegamos era tarde y estaba todo cerrado, fueron a buscarnos al supermercado algo de pan , companaje y yogures cosas que se agradece mucho, el pueblo Nubio es muy tranquilo y da gusto pasear además de no haber ruido. Las camas son cómodas.

El restaurante del hotel estaba cerrado por obras y estaba todo patas arribas creo que esos días deberían haber cerrado y no darnos habitación ya que crearon una mala imagen nada que ver con el resto de los comentarios... Es un hotel que pagas por lo que tienes así que no esperes muchos lujos.

This place was magic! Everything exceeded our expectations. We felt so at home here and it was just a wonderful experience! One should include a Nubian village stay when visiting Egypt. The people are the heart of Aswan's magic.

The hospitality, i’ve never seen it before. The team were extremely helpful and welcoming. Rawan, Sameh, Aya, Remon, everyone of them were extremely welcoming.
