Spacious and comfortable room that was very nicely decorated. Shower room seemed newly fitted out. Breakfast particularly well cooked

Really enjoyed our one night stay. We had a huge room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The owners shared lots of local knowledge and we had a great day in Lincoln following their advice. Would stay again if the area. It was very easy to find from the motorway.

Excellent B&B! Jo & Bruce were very welcoming and accommodating hosts, which was greatly appreciated as I arrived late on a dark cold evening in January. I stayed one night whilst working away, and it was lovely to be in such a homely environment. Excellent standards throughout - the room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was delicious, very good quality and there were plenty of choices. Highly recommended!!
