Posizione centrale e silenzioso. La camera era pulita e confortevole con la possibilità di regolare la temperatura autonomamente tramite un condizionatore e un termosifone elettrico in bagno. Dotata di tapparelle. A disposizione una macchina per caffè espresso che può erogare acqua calda (anche se non proprio bollente), per una tazza di tè. Forniti bicchieri di carta, capsule, filtri e zucchero. In più un'accogliente zona cucina comune all'ultimo piano mansardato con tutto l'occorrente per scaldare cibi già pronti o preparare una colazione. Una sorpresa il piacevole terrazzo arredato. La colazione compresa nel prezzo consiste in un buono da 5,00€ da consumare nei bar vicini convenzionati.
