Spotlessly clean, well presented room. Comfortable bed so slept well. A 10 minute walk from railway station.

The fact that the owner didn't contact us till 22:00 the night before to say they had an issue and took the whole evening and a reference to consumer act 2015 to even try and rectify the situation

Just a one night stay for me and kids, beds were comfortable, host was friendly and was able to give instructions for early check in over the phone.

Tight parking! Thankfully managed without scratching my car, and the hosts were there to help direct me out. My eldest was disappointed there wasn’t a breakfast option, but to be honest I hadn’t checked before booking if there was. Maybe some recommendations in the instruction manual for breakfast in the local area would be useful.
