I stayed here last year with my wife. Had ensuite with breakfast included. The location was great for where I was working

No breakfast this year, and yoilet was shared and in the hallway. Going to the loo at night and listening out for shower opportunity was a little inconvenient.

Good price-quality ratio. Decent room with very comfy beds. Friendly host. Breakfast was not included, but this was an advantage for us as it gave us more flexibility in our time-schedule.

The shared bathroom can be a bit crowded during morning rush hour, but most of the days this wasn't really a big problem.
