Il personale attento e servizievole

La persona che ci ha accolti molto fredda e sbrigativa. Ci hanno messo al 3ro piano con un bambino di 3 anni senza ascensore e nemmeno ci è stato chiesto se avevamo bisogno con le valigie! Dalle foto sembra tutto insieme con il ristorante ma è un albergo diffuso e il ristorante era a 200mt! Non ci torneremo!
