Luisa Abbiamo passato 3 giorni meravigliosi al B&B S’Ispera di Luisa. Un appartamento accogliente rinnovato in modo moderno e nel rispetto della tradizione con un comodo letto su un soppalco. Un’ospitalità attenta, colta e al contempo spontanea. Luisa ha preparato la colazione per noi e, da cuoca provetta, ci ha preparato due cene tradizionali deliziose (tagliere, porcetto, malloreddos e cannonau), tutto fatto da lei. Ci ha anche consigliato una bella camminata sul Branco Spina e Punta La Marmora e ci ha raccontato la storia e le tradizioni di Fonni, dove è nata e cresciuta. Fonni con i suoi murales e’ stato una piacevole sorpresa. Torneremo l’anno prossimo con i nostri figli e faremo con Luisa una lezione di cucina tradizionale. Prima di partire mi ha mostrato la nuova cucina con forno a legna dove ha da poco iniziato e tenere lezioni individuali e di gruppo. Peccato dover aspettare un anno per tornare…

Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B S’I Spera a Fonni per 2 giorni e 1 notte e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Il monolocale è grazioso, pulito, curato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Avvisando per tempo Luisa, è possibile trovare pronta anche la cena, servita direttamente nel monolocale: piatti preparati con cura, utilizzando prodotti tipici locali, davvero squisiti. Lo stesso vale per la colazione, abbondante e genuina. Un’esperienza molto piacevole, che consigliamo sicuramente a chi cerca tranquillità, accoglienza e buon cibo.

Luisa est une hôtesse exceptionnelle de gentillesse et en plus une cuisinière hors pair. Elle a arrangé son b&b avec beaucoup de goût, séjour parfait !

Luisa is a welcoming and kind host, and makes amazing meals - the home made pasta and cake (kindly made without eggs!) were the best we've eaten! The flat is unique, lovely, artfully decorated with many ammeneties and incredibly clean. We had a wonderful stay.
