La posizione della struttura è perfetta per godere a piedi la Gaeta Medievale. Inoltre, la stanza era pulitissima. Buona anche la possibilità di prenotare il parcheggio, immagino cruciale in estate. Prezzo assolutamente competitivo, in parte spiegato dalle finiture.

La stanza, come le altre, è ricavata dalla divisione di un palazzo antico, che originariamente doveva essere bellissimo. Questo, però, ha costretto a soluzioni non sempre ottimali: il bagno nel nostro caso era strettissimo e in cima a una scalinata piuttosto scomoda. Le finiture dell'appartamento sono inoltre scadenti e i soffitti presentano macchie di umido. Il condizionatore è risultato molto rumoroso. Non particolarmente comodo il check in in autonomia, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il parcheggio.

Posizione, pulizia , servizio di accoglienza dei gestori e parcheggio privato, anche se distante qualche minuto a piedi dalla struttura.

Unica pecca, il parcheggio avrebbe bisogno di essere "ripulito" dall'erba un po' troppo alta. Del resto, il parcheggio privato è un'ottima soluzione soprattutto in quella zona di Gaeta dove i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento e anche molto salati.
