Ok place that has all you need for a few days, Walking distance from the central railway station and bus lines.

Some noice from motorbikes and heavy trucks just outside the window.

clean and friendly.

no elevator and getting to the fourth floor with luggage was difficult.

To find the location, look just south of Bar Carib. If you follow Italian confusing house numbering you may miss the place. Apartment is four floors above. I was able to keep my bike in the courtyard.

Apartment sharing with owner. Not very private.

Welcoming, clean and spacious, Lou is a wonderful hostess! Wifi and desk were perfect also for some remote working.

Luisa is a very kind and friendly host who made me feel comfortable in her home. The modern apartment is kept very tidy and clean! I only spent a night in the apartment and had booked without breakfast. However, there were supplies to prepare coffee and tea and a supermarket nearby. Luisa gave excellent instructions on how to reach the apartment, so it was easy to find. Grazie Luisa!

No elevator. 4th floor and nothing friendly to get all your lugage up. I spent at least 10 min going up ...clean but lack of elevator makes the place very uncomfortable.

I did not have breakfast. I liked all the facilities and helpfulness of the host.

Noisy road to rear but to be expected in such a location.

The host is a nice, pleasant lady. The external bathroom is kept very much spic & span.

When during the evening I entered the hall of the apartment block, in which the casa is located on the fourth floor, it seemed in the half dark that I had entered a construction site. Only the next day with daylight I saw that a completely new, nice looking elevator was being built (style: open glass cage). The elevator will be finished very soon. Hopefully the stairwell will also get un upgrade, resulting in a much welcoming atmosphere upon entry.
