Clean, spacious room

House rules (and being told about them as soon as we step inside) in a room that's more expensive than a hotel.

Good location.

Access was a little challenging at times.

Very clean and wonderful accommodations within a few minutes of harbor/many restaurant choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The place was very cosy, feel like at home feeling. It was exceptionally clean, bright, with friendly staff. Every morning breakfast was freshly made and tasty. Location was perfect with beautiful views (although was challenging to climb hill with luggages, but it could be counted as morning/evening fitness activity)

Very nice and comfortable B&B with a great overall concept. The room was very nice. Very good bathroom. The common area with kitchen for breakfast felt very inviting and comfortable. Great breakfast.

The room facing the street is rather noisy in the night.

Very comfortable and clean rooms! The bulding is renovated and modern. Great breakfast served every morning. Every day the room was cleaned. The location is very central which was convinient. The staff polite, friendly and helpful!

We had a large room with 4 windows, and we could see both the town and the island of Pico. Breakfast was great, and the staff very nice and competent. The whole lodge is very nicely decorated and there is a general feeling of quality and design. We found easy parking one block up in front of the church of Carmo, with the added advantage of friendly street cats.

The hotel is on a hill - this is great for the views, but there is a climb if you come from the marina or Porto Pim after dinner. But I guess there is nothing one can do...
