We really loved our stay at Corte di Maggio this past November! Giovanna and her husband are extremely accommodating hosts. Despite our late arrival, Giovanna welcomed us warmly to the property, passionately shared the history of the 100 year old farmhouse, and asked to learn more about ourselves. Despite the property's age, the room we stayed was immaculately clean and comfortable. We had to leave earlier than their typical window for breakfast service, and they were still able to accommodate us with a lovely table selection. They also maintain a beautiful lot of grape vines, and small fruit trees. We found the stay very comfortable, quaint, and our hosts warm and accommodating. We'd be happy to revisit should we find ourselves again in Imola.

We arrived to Corte di Maggio for the final 2 days of a 9 days trip around Italy. Even when we haven't met before, Giovanna and Fabio the owners greeted us like friends and made us feel welcomed in their home. Very personalised attention, something you don't find in hotels. Our room was comfortable and very clean. For breakfast we were pampered not only with abundance of food, but also with some really nice personal touches (home made jams with the fruits grown in the house and freshly made hot sandwiches). Giovanna recommended two restaurants which were absolutely delicious. They both take great pride in being hospitable. A very pleasant stay. Grazie!

The place is a little bit out of Imola city centre. Which in our case was not a problem because we had a car. You will need a taxi to get there, unless you fancy a long walk.

A beautiful property just off the motorway, yet quite and secluded. Fantastic friendly hosts who provide their own home made jams as part of breakfast.
