Stort rum i pensionatet. Låg fint precis innan Kivik. Tillgång till kyl i delat kök.

Boendet har ett mycket fördelaktigt läge, med närhet både till Kiviks äppelodlingar och till havet, vilket till en lättillgänglig vistelse.

Boendet hade vissa nackdelar, bland annat att huset är beläget i en vägkorsning vilket påverkar trivseln. En fläkt som tidigare funnits saknades, något personalen inte kände till. Fastigheten verkar tidigare ha varit en butikslokal, med slitna och delvis ruttna handräcken samt golv som upplevdes som ofräscha. Det gemensamma köket var bristfälligt utrustat, med bland annat en begränsad tillgång till glas.
