A characteristic building in the heart of the old town, clean, big and modern comfortable suit room, very lively atmosphere, bar with a city view terrace, easy to reach everywhere.

Limited breakfast, difficult entrance to the pedestrain zone with communication to the hotel.

Adorable building with well preserved original wooden staircase and interior. amazing location for a good price, great place to stop off on route and to see Kranj on your way. Breakfast delivered to the door was available before 9am, which consisted of fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, milk and spreads.

We didn’t know the apartment would be split level with a very narrow and steep staircase to the bedroom. My husbands retired parents were staying with us and struggled to use the stairs at night to go to the bathroom. Had we’d known about the staircase we wouldn’t have booked. Additionally, two of the beds squeaked enormously which wasn’t very comfortable when sharing a single room among four adults.

We felt so welcome here, breakfast was nice but same every day (would appreciate more options than croissants :) ) but the whole place and city has a soul. Worth visiting!

Very hot rooms in the summer...

Quiet location in heart of old Kranj. The courtyard bar area had a real buzz to it and seemed popular with a wide variety of clients. The staff were kept busy but were friendly and good fun. Breakfast is packed in a basket, collected from the bar and was enjoyed in the courtyard along with a hot drink of your choice. The bread and croissants were fresh from the bakery and great quality. The Wi-Fi was good throughout the property

The mattress on the beds very thin, you could feel all the bed slats. The stairs in the room to the loft where the beds are is more a ladder (a substantial ladder with steps not rungs) than staircase. Clever use of space but not particularly easy to access.

We liked that there was a bar with a nice terrace with cocktails in a great price. it was in the city centre and we had a nice time.

there wasn’t air conditioning and it was a really hot day

we arrived with a baby and nobody told us that there will be live music at this evening until 11. it would have been nice to inform us about it.
