Idealne było wszystko poza podejściem pracowników obiektu do gościa- od 18 zameldowanie a o 18.18 dostałam maila że tego dnia jest jakiś fastival w mieście i może być problem z dojazdem. Okazało się że absolutnie nie szło dojechać, ponad godzinę jeździliśmy po mieście z GPS objazdami nie mogąc dojechać. Gdyby nie miły policjant po moich usilnych prośbach,który nas wpuścił, nie moglibyśmy dojechać do 1 w nocy! Co gorsze pracownik w ramach rekompensaty nie chciał nam dać darmowego parkingu. Szkoda też że przy tej cenie za kapsułki kawy w pokoju trzeba zapłacić

Un B&B nuovo, appena fuori dal centro, ma la zona è servita e il centro si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di cammino. Tutto automatico, dal check in al check out. Parcheggio interno, di pertinenza della struttura, con cancello automatico, quindi molto comodo. Il B&B corrisponde esattamente alle foto, quindi la camera è nuova e arredata in modo carino.

Nella tariffa non è incluso praticamente nulla,, il cambio delle lenzuola, il cambio degli asciugamani, la pulizia della camera, tutto è su richiesta e deve essere pagato a parte. Il check in è alle 18, un po' tardi, il check out è alle 10, quindi abbastanza presto. Anche il parcheggio è a pagamento. Lo prenderei in considerazione per un soggiorno di 1 o 2 notti al massimo, per soggiorni più lunghi meglio una struttura che includa nella tariffa la pulizia della camera e il cambio biancheria.

We could book the accommodation with short notice and could self check in with remote assistance from the manager very conveniently. The room is very central - within 10 minutes-walk from old town and in a very lively area with a lot of shops, great restaurants, and supermarkets around. We could explore Lecce with satisfaction. Very clean room of moderate size and wit a walk-in shower, fridge, and all needed facilities. Nicely decorated room in the designated theme. Very responsive and helpful manager, clear and great communication.

Our room was a bit dark with no direct sunlight, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable due to mattress protection. There were no courtesy drinks: coffee, water, and other drinks were to be paid additionally. The check-in is very late, and the check out is by 10.00. Additional fees are requested for late checkout. The entrance door and room door slam very loudly. All in all, we still had a pleasant stay and recommended the location for exploring Lecce!

The room was ok but not worth the price.

Couldn’t sleep at all because of noises. You could hear everything happening outside the room (doors, voices) so it was impossible to sleep. Body shampoo was empty so considering the price of the room they could have provided some shampoo for their guests. But I had my own shampoo so this was not an issue for me. It was very hard to find a parking space so after finally finding a spot we had to walk 15 min to go at the restaurant. The owner sent me a message at 6.00 a.m. reminding me the check out time and asking me to pay extra taxes (besides the city tax).
