The owner Massimo's kindness made our trip very special! Aside from the delicious breakfast and clean room, talking to Massimo in the morning made our stay in Puglia so much better. He helped us find the best restaurants, told us about the area, beaches and cultural sights, with his encyclopedic knowledge of the region. He helped us get a fantastic boat tour off the south coast of Santa Maria de Leuca, but most of all, he helped me find a photographer who captured my proposal to my girlfriend! I can't thank him enough! I've done a lot of traveling--this is the kind of place I love to stay. Will definitely be back.

Everything about this place is amazing - the apartment, the location, the breakfast, the old town of Lecce and of course, the owner Massimo - a really kind person, who will definitely make your stay better.

Hands-on check in process needing to ring and meet the host on arrival. The 15€/night charge for parking in the garage was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The bed was uncomfortable.

Great location and very clean

Everything about the location, the property, and most importantly, Massimo, our wonderful host. Massimo came to pick us from the bus station, he gave us plenty of recommendations for food and places to go. He even brought us to an olive farm to buy some real good quality olive oils. Every morning, he would prepare a wonderful breakfast and we would have great conversations together. All in all, Massimo rates as the best host in the history of my travels. Bravo Massimo. We will miss your generous hospitality.

The room looks very similar to what you would expect from an hotel. It is large, very clean, recent and well equiped. You even have a desk that would make it perfectly suitable as a place to work. It is well located at 5 minutes from Lecce historical center. We found a parking at approx. 5mn from here but it may not have been the closest one. Host is nice and attentive. Breakfast is served by him every morning in a dedicated room with good local products and in particular the famous local pastries called "pasticciotti".
