We loved our stay at Casa Fortuna. The host is very friendly and help us in every possible way. He even used his car to save us a parking spot in the street so we could use it upon arrival. The place is very comfortable and very central. From there you can walk around Lecco. We only used the car to drive to other cities and drive around the lake. The room was very clean and smelled really good. The temperature was perfect and there were amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and had all we needed. Also, we could have hot drinks anytime.

The bed and pillows were a bit soft for us but it's just a personal preference. If you have a car parking might be hard in the peak season, but the street parking is free. You might have to look around for a spot or use the paid parking very near the house.
