La posizione strategica rispetto al centro di Lucca e in particolare al teatro del Giglio, obiettivo del viaggio. Facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio Carducci e da altri parcheggi. Nonostante si trovi in pieno centro è abbastanza silenziosa.

L'assenza del bidet, il doccino che perdeva e ha creato una situazione di potenziale pericolo nel bagno, dato il pavimento bagnato. L'assenza di pedana da bagno.
