Ambiente bello, raffinato, curato in ogni dettaglio con un gusto impeccabile. Dotato di tutti i servizi e le comodità necessarie. Posizione comoda per il centro di Lucca. Speciale l'accoglienza dei proprietari, in particolare la dolcezza e raffinatezza della signora Mirna a cui va il nostro ringraziamento più sincero.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, forse indicherei il parcheggio in strada, ma è davvero un'inezia

La posizione ottima rispetto al centro di Lucca. L'accoglienza gentile e premurosa dei gestori.

Forse un occhio in più su la pulizia soprattutto degli asciugamani. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Dopo aver preso visione della struttura, non abbiamo soggiornato perché la biancheria fornita era macchiata, la stanza appariva non adeguatamente igienizzata, il contesto generale maleodorante. Abbiamo chiesto all'oste di astenersi dall'addebitare costi, visto il disagio a noi prodotto: erano le 22 ed eravamo senza un alloggio. Non abbiamo scattato foto.
