The owners were very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The communal entrance hallway to the property could do with a freshen up, but once your in the apartment its like being in a different building as the apartment and dining area are very nice.

Perfect in every way. Charming and helpful hosts. Immaculately clean. Lovely breakfast which was constantly replenished. Good coffee. Comfortable bed. Good shower. A great location in beautiful Lucca. Faultless! I wish all guest houses could live up to their standards of care.

The stairs, but this was expected so not an issue
