Absolutely beautiful villa with full access to the outdoor gardens, pool and outdoor bar area , made to feel very welcome !

My only criticism would be there was no coffee in the room. But lovely people and a nice stay great location.

Great location, easy to find & also feels secluded, close to pubs/restaurants/supermarkets. Pool area is very beautiful with all you need.

Small, quiet and nice house in very quiet location. 5 min walking distance from beach and couple of minutes from bars and restaurants and supermarket. Good connection to A-7 road. Nancy and Fabio are super nice and open, chatting to every guest, very helpful if you need any kind of assistance or have a question. You can order very good, homemade breakfast and I strongly recommend to do so. Nice garden with pool and bar, unfortunately we had no time to take advantage of it.

Needed tea and coffee facilities in room or outside on the table.

It was in a quiet road close to amenities, bars and restaurants. The room was small but clean and well equipped.

When we arrived, Fabio greeted us, showed us to our room and then left. Once we had unpacked we went downstairs to find facilities but only found a door on the ground floor with ‘Private’ on it. No one appeared to be around so we had no idea where we needed to go to find the coffee bar, pool and bar that everyone in the reviews raved about. We had no idea if and where we could get breakfast (the folder in the room mentioned you had to preorder - but didn’t say how to preorder). There were no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room so we had to go out to find local cafes. There was no hot water - despite leaving the water running for 10 minutes the shower was freezing cold. When we left Fabio mentioned that there was an electrical problem with the hot water but didn’t offer any compensation (even a free cup of coffee to warm us up after a cold shower would have been nice!) For £85 a night (out of season in February) I would have expected a much better experience. A hot shower is a basic requirement for even the cheapest hotel (along with a bed!)

Nancy & Fabio couldn't be more welcoming. Their house and facilities are great. Looking forward to coming back!
