Located in a leafy part of Jakarta, which seems to have a community spirit, this simple homestay is a well relief from the hustle and bustle. The owners were very generous in their hospitality. The room was comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

Everything was great.

Was ok for the price we paid. Location is pretty good not too far from the centre and not too far from the airport. Accommodation very basic, AC could have been better.

It’s walkable to the center and easy access to the nearest mall.

Nothing.

I like wooden floors and traditional courtyards.

The flush toilet is a little hard to control

One of the cleanest stays i’ve had in Jakarta! And i like the neighbourhood since it’s quite central.

They didn't talk to me about breakfast and I didn't ask about it at all. It was a very calm house, calmer than a hotel. Even though the toilet/bathroom was common, I never waited for them.

In the nighttime, a lot of rats walk on the street freely, and local people got used to them, but I hated

Location was quite central, the dining area was very comfortable.

Upon arrival we discovered that the bathroom was shared, also, there were quite some mosquitos in the room.
