The fact that two hoteliers did not know their obligations under the Disability Act 2010. They refused access to my small service dog which is a breach of the law. They cited allergy as their reason for refusal. Under this law , being allergic to or fear of dogs is not a valid reason to deny access to a service/assistance dog. He is an auxiliary aid to my disability in the same way a wheelchair is to other more obvious disabilities.

The room was extremely clean with a lot of attention to minute details. This B and B has the standard of a 5* hotel. The breakfast was excellent with all home made produces. Rae and Adrian welcomed us warmly although we arrived off the boat at 11pm! Really a place worth while to stay if you are in the area.

Could not make breakfast but was offered a hamper to take away. Offered wine on arrival and had a very nice greeting from hosts. Could not fault it

Wonderful breakfast with homemade bread, yogurt, jams and marmalades, all beautifully presented in a lovely conservatory.

Adrian and Rae were excellent hosts. They greeted us we arrived and, after showing us our suite, suggested we sat in their beautiful garden to enjoy the early evening sunshine where they served us with refreshments. The suite had everything required to make our stay special and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts, on both days, were exceptional and included freshly made orange juice and homemade granola and bread.

Nothing. We would definitely stay at Weston Cottage again and recommend this property wholeheartedly.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, kept immaculately at all times, The most friendliest, attentive hosts and the breakfast included home made bread, Granola, yoghurt served with fresh fruit then choice of eggs cooked to perfection.
