Very Rude Staff. No one on-site to talk with as the staff deal with you on whatsapp message OR via booking.com chat. during our 4 day stay no room service provided. No Bed Sheets no towel change no cleaning at all for room. They mislead peopl to park for free across the street and when we parked we got 900NOK parking ticket. Its not only me but i noticed some other people also mis guided and ended up getting parkign ticket. When we talked to staff on chat, they said "its your fault so pay for parking ticket" Breakfast was not good at all. No Fry Egg OR any kind of Fruits at all. Just ordinary Breakfast. Breakfast timings are so weird 8:00am to 9:30am only! and at 915AM staff telling us we are closing soon so finish ur breakfast. No AC OR any kind of Fan provided. We felt really hot and couldn't even slept well. No Hair Dryer / NO IRON OR Microwave in Room. Washroom Sink was way too small that every thing we had to wipe the floor. Whole Standing Shower wsa full of MOLD. So if you alergic to MOLD be careful before renting this motel. Surprisingly there is NO LOCK inside the Room mean we can't lock our room. One Day, staff ACCESS OUR ROOM WITHOUT OUR Permission and Knowledge when we were out. I was not happy with that and asked why you access our room withour our permission and in response instead of they an apology they responded "YOU CAN TRUST US" They don't have Business ethics. Make sure when you go out, take ur important belongings with your OR Hide OR Lock your belongings as they DONT have manners and can access your room without ur permission as they think this is their property and they have right to access any room without giving prior notice of access. WORST Experience i have had with this MOTEL as i travelled alot in Europe but never ever any hotel staff access our room without our knowledge or permission.

Good breakfast, access to tea coffee 24h.

One of our rooms had mould on the walls. We had to press the owner as initially she didn't really want to give us another one. Very expensive for what you get. Other hotels in lofoten have higher quality and lower price. The view from the window that you see in the photos does not exist for most of the year. You can only see it if you are super lucky to have sunny weather. In the photos that I have attached you see the real view from the windows.

Sehr schmale Einzelzimmer im kleinen Zimmer. Parken etwas kompliziert gestalter.

L'emplacement est parfait pour séjourner à Reine et se balader lorsque le flot de touristes est parti. La chambre est simple mais confortable pour notre groupe de 4 adultes.
