Obiekt nowoczesny, pokoje dobrze wyposażone, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania, dostęp do dystrybutora z wodą gazowaną i ekspresu do kawy. Pokój z małym, prywatnym tarasem. Personel zarówno na recepcji jak i na kuchni bardzo pomocny i miły. Blisko też na ewentualne zakupy - galeria handlowa ok 1 km. Mimo położenie przy głównej ulicy nie było zbyt głośno.

Pokój bardzo wąski, łóżka węższe niż standardowe, w piwnicznej części obiektu. Mocno wyczuwalny dym papierosowy (pokój 106).
