Casalbergo

Apartment is right outside the Domenico church and central to most sites! We caught the bus from Siena station and it was just a 1 min walk from the bus stop and very easy to find. There was a grocery store just around the corner which was great. We made the use of the terrace and enjoyed the space at night. The hosts were also lovely!

Lovely area and once outside in the garden was sunny,plenty of things to do within a short walk .The owner was pleasant.but only there occasionally The shower was good.We enjoyed our stay in Siena, but realised the accommodation in Italy is not as luxurious as some other countries.

There was no breakfast, which I was sure was advertised.The room should of had a sofa in one room,and bedroom the other room.It was 2 bedrooms. THE WIFI only worked in one room.

The hotel is a small family-run hotel located at the entrance of the old city but still with full access to public transports and many other places. The rooms are big, very clean (cleaning was done thoroughly every day). The bathroom is completely renoved, beatifull and luxurious. The rooms are furnished in an old and typical style rooms that suit the medieval style of the building and all the surrounding. The bed is very comfortable, there is a fridge (where mineral water was added every day), a safe box, confortable typical chairs and exit to the terasse from the room. Around the hotel we found a local bar and restaurant with delicious food. We also enjoy the hospitality of our host who help in everything we need. I warmly recommend this place for a magical stay in Siena.

We had to get use to the style of the room but after one day we love it.

Fabulous location, efficient check in, great cleaning. We loved the terrace and the short walk to Via Santa Caterina to watch Strade Bianche, which was the reason we went to Siena. Would absolutely stay again.
