la posizione è comodissima, molto vicina alla fermata del bus 51 per il centro e direttamente sotto ad un ristorante, la colazione è molto semplice, ma molto buona.

poca elasticità con gli orari e poche comunicazioni degli orari per l'arrivo e per la colazione prima del pagamento, ci sarebbe piaciuto sapere tutto prima dato che non era rimborsabile; poca insonorizzazione delle stanze.

Clean double room close enough to Siena to base ourselves. Thin walls so bring earplugs. Silence rule from 2300 that we had to enforce ourselves and then were woken up by a couple at 0130hrs. Breakfast is a coffee, packet toasts, sliced packet cake and cordial. Not proactive offering or pleasure at one of us asking for a second coffee. It’s very much a coffee at best from 8-9am only rather than breakfast. The property should advertise it for what it is. We thought the bus would be a convenient option to get into town. We asked about buses and if they were working on a public holiday and the reply was that “they should be”. Lack of proactive help to even check or help is. Owner sees it very much as an accommodation offering and everything is up to you. We ended up being stranded as buses weren’t working after all and had we known we would have driven. We ended up having to walk back from Siena along dark roads for 3km late at night as there were no taxi options either. Not ideal for two women who don’t speak Italian. Only stay here if you have a car and you will park/drive into Siena and you’re on a budget and bring earplugs and breakfast. No kettle in room. You have to pay to use the fridge in the hallway.
