Tranquility

La chambre était confortable, les personnes accueillantes.

La salle de bain est commune avec les autres chambres. Je ne sais pas si c'était précisé lorsque j'ai réservé.

I loved everything about the place and the hosts

The owner was rude since she opened the doors. She said why do you call the bell four times?? Why don't you open doors if we let you know the time we arrive?? The owner has taken €30 deposit and after that we said we are dreaming about Chinese Take away, she said we can't have it in the house and that is listed on her house rules but that is not said on the BOOKINGS.COM and she said she won't give deposit back if we'll not follow the rules. Also no shower allowed after 11pm, that wasn't said either. We wanted to leave because we would never have booked this place if we knew that, but sure the greedy owner wants money and keeps people like in prison so she said she will not issue a refund. Bookings.com also did not bother to check why the property conditions do not match, they should sort that out, the owner told us all this is on their website but when I asked her to show that on my phone she refused, so very disappointed about booking.com too!!The worst experience we ever had, ruined our mood & day. Please avoid!!

Free parking on the street

The host are not willing and not welcoming. they are distrustful to the guests. Very fixed rules repeated twice from the host because we booked 2 bedrooms. No flexibility. Just like we were already did something wrong. The host asked for cash deposit €30 each room very rudely and impolitely, we were overlook the message from the inbox (about the cash deposit). I suggested to pay by £30 cash (I’ve only GBP cash at that moment). They rejected, then we want to left our luggage here and we will go out for currency exchange later, but the male host even wants let us leave the accommodation immediately. He banging loudly to our door and said “you cant stay here if you cant pay €30 deposit now”. Luckily my friend found euro cash in her suitcase, otherwise we will be on the street.

The host was very welcoming and friendly and put herself out to ensure that we got a very ealy breakfast

The room was very small and there was no ensuite
