Très bonne localisation. Il faut prendre vue sur mer. Tout se fait à pied. Very well located. We recommend to take a room with sea view.

Tout aurait été super sans une sévère odeur d’égouts le dernier soir. Apparemment il s’agit de remontées du port dans les canalisations ??… It could have been outstanding without the very bad smell for our last night (we stayed 3 nights) Obviously it happens times to times, so I think it could be valuable to make some work to avoid it.

The location is favourable if you're coming from the ferry / want to stay near the city center. The bathroom was very nice and spacious. Free coffee/ tea and water is a nice touch.

Depending on the blowing of the wind, it can get stinky in the room, so we had to keep the windows closed. The bed was not that comfortable, I think a mattress topper or a new mattress is necessary. Third floor with no elevator is fine if you don't have a lot of luggage, but can be tricky.

Fin utsikt, fräscha rum, trevlig takterrass, bra badrum.

Det är ju inte boendets fel, men tidigt på morgonen släpper de ut avloppsvatten i hamnen och det luktar fruktansvärt. Om alla på besöker Split påtalar det så kanske staden installerar ett reningsverk.
