"Casa Costabelle is the perfect place to be in Split for your travel !"

The property is absolutely beautiful, and the view is amazing. The staff is very nice and attentive. We are so happy for our trip at split and the property was the perfect place to be. The localization is perfect to visit split with our feet !

The only negative is the soundproofing, that can be a problem if you are sensitive with song. For us that was not a problem.

"Nice View and Quiet Rooms, But Poor Cleanliness and Questionable Service Practices"

View was nice and room was soundproof so we were isolated from noises outside room despite being near a noisy area

Floor was dirty. Lots of sensors and lights that make no sense. They tried to make it nice but it's really bad. TV only gets German channels. Staff doesn't speak English fluidly. Check out is simply too early and inconvenient. They say they need to clean but you technically can clean up the room in 20 minutes. It's annoying. And, cleaning staff checked us in but I wasn't pleased to know that cleaning lady took pictures of our documents with her personal mobile phone to check us in because personnel in care wasn't there at the moment. No, it's not compliant with laws on GDPR.
