Great location within walking distance of the main RIva area. Very comfortable and clean room with a balcony overlooking the water. Shared kitchen and small lounge area to use with fridge, tea & coffee making facilities.

"We enjoyed a comfortable stay in a nice part of Split."

The location was excellent for our purposes. We enjoyed being near the water and a short walk to the center of town. We loved being right across the street from Basta where we had many nice meals.

There was no staff on premises so a simple thing like resupplying coffee pods was not handled.

"Great stay in Split"

The room was clean, modern and efficient. Great view over the water and easy walking distance to Riva, Old City, and port.

Common area was hot and stuffy and frig was not supplied as shown on chalk board.
