Le petit dejeuner innacessible tot le dimanche a bar avec lequel ils ont un partenariat. A ce tarif la le petit dejeuné doit etre possible tout les jours des 7h00.

Struttura pulita elegante ed accogliente. Posizione ideale per muoversi a piedi

La colazione presso il bar convenzionato: Poca scelta,l’apertura è alle ore 9.00(scomodo se si è prenotato l’ingresso a un museo o altro) Il primo giorno(alle ore 9:00)ci hanno accolto “ma noi stamani abbiamo un evento,non vi hanno avvisato?”per giustificare il fatto che avevano riservato i posti all’interno per un gruppo di turisti.Alle mie rimostranze hanno acconsentito a trovarci un posto all’Interno.

The VIPhouse was just lovely and all the staff and the owner were wonderful. The location was perfect and the lounge was an excellent area to do a little WFH. Would return in a heart beat. Turin was a great surprise too,

Les logements sont très jolis.

Pas d'eau chaude durant tout le week-end. Impossible de profiter de la salle de bain. Aucune douche prise durant 3 jours! Seulement 20% de remboursement pour le désagrément, honteux. Nous venions dans un endroit magnifique, au final, nous nous sommes sentis sales durant tout le week-end. D'un week-end classe, nous sommes passés à un week-end end crade. Aucune solution alternative n'a été proposée. La propriétaire s'est excusée du bout des lèvres quand nous l'avons croisé par hasard. De plus la vue de notre chambre donnait sur un arbuste. Et non sur une jolie place. Enfin le petit déjeuner était pathétique, un simple café, un mini jus d'orange et un simple croissant (ou mini sandwich). Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles cest absolument ridicule.

Camere pulite, calde e spaziose. Struttura meravigliosa, i locali si trovano infatti in un meraviglioso palazzo storico. Posizione centrale perfetta per visitare la città.
