La posizione, centrale, davvero bella. Bello il palazzo d’epoca.

"A very disappointing first night in Turin."

The brekfast does not even deserve the name. it consisted of two stale bread rolls in cellophane. There was a heap coffee machine wih no fresh milk.

Customer service would have been nice but it was severely lacking, in fact non existent. Allegra was unavailable while we were trying to figure out the tricky instructions in how to get in to the premises and luckily another resident was leaving and let us in to the building. We were almost to the point of giving up. It was late in the day and were were very tired after long travel.The apartment was so cramped and didn't look anywhere near as plush as it did on the website. We felt it was not good value for money. In the bathroom the shower control was broken and we couldn't change to overhead from hand control and there was no soap holder. The washing machine was full of cleaning rags. The stairs leading to the bedroom were steep and had no hand rail for safety. Luckily we couldn't extend and moved to another hotel nearby which was fabulous and was about sixty dollars more AUD.
