Savoia Suites Torino

The location, the design, the comfort, it was very special and authentic. It was easy to reach and we were serviced at the same time than independent.

The owner tried to make us pay 20€ extra for cleaning in cash although the price paid included fees and taxes already. The instructions for arrival could be a tiny bit better explained.

It is advertised as a suite but it’s a shared apartment and you are given a room. You cannot leave luggage beforehand if you arrive early

Very nice location, nice room though bit small.

Not so friendly exchange of messages before my arrival as I was asked to pay for my spouse as a second guest (I had originally booked for myself only). So, I checked for several other dates in the future booking for one or two people but always getting the same price quotation from Booking and when I asked how come I had to pay additional money the reply I got was (the day before arriving in Turin) "if you don't like it you can cancel the booking". So I paid additional 120 Eur upon arrival (in cash, no receipt, of course) and to me it didn't make sense. Then the windows didn't close properly and I communicated that but nobody came by. The heated towel hanger in the bathroom didn't work. And the beautiful ceiling decoration was in some parts falling off.

The apartment is beautiful, based in a historic building with a great central location.

This apartment is a gem of Turin. It had a traditional Italian exterior with a stylish modern interior, and everything we needed to have a good stay. Our host met us upon arrival and was amazing friendly and informative greeting with exceptional recommendations for dinning. Please listen and try them they were lovely.
