"A great memory of our visit to Hahoe Village in Andong!"

It is a very authentic experience! The owner is justifiably proud of his heritage and he gave us a tour of his home. The evening meal was delicious. An extremely thoughtful host.

There wasn’t anything we disliked but I feel I should mention that you will be sleeping on a futon on the floor that some might find a challenge and the bathroom is outside adjacent to the sleeping quarters.

Everything! Mr Ryu was very kind and thoughtful, the house was incredibly beautiful, the food was amazing. Staying at Bukchondaek has genuinely been one of the most special experiences I've had in Korea and I've got memories I'll treasure forever. I can't wait to go back!

C’est une expérience exceptionnelle d’immersion au 18eme siecle! La visite de l’établissement par le propriétaire est très riche, les repas copieux et raffinés et le service impeccable.

Il faut apprécier les futons mais l’immersion le vaut bien

This beautifully preserved property of significant historic importance provided an unforgettable experience. Mr. Ryu was such a courteous, attentive host who treated us to a tour of the property, explained its history, and served a wonderful Korean dinner and Western- style breakfast. Bath facility fully updated. Easily accessible by taxi from Andong. Highly recommended.
