Beautiful & stunning property set in gorgeous, private grounds, perfect for our quiet night away, I loved the drive up to the property, it felt so grand. Our host met us on arrival, he was welcoming and made sure we were happy with everything. Our room was beautifully designed, and with more than enough space for me and my 3 grown up daughters, it had all the mod cons needed, a large bathroom with fabulous power shower and a small kitchen. perfect for what we needed. It felt luxurious and to me, far better than staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, itโ€™s one of the most beautiful places i have stayed. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Everything was perfect. If I had to point out one little thing, we were out visiting family until quite late and on our return the driveway was extremely dark as no lighting came on, it made us feel quite vulnerable. It had been on earlier in the evening and made us feel welcome and safe.

Russ and Jackie are amazing people, they will look after you as your parents do, breakfast was a straight 10 out of 10, the place is unique and I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Just had a lovely stay at Glendalough. The house is spotless and warm with a lovely welcome from the host Russ. Even though its near the airport (ish) you are woken up to birdsong. Cooked breakfast is excellent.

Nothing really. We're used to a hard bed at home so a wee bit soft for us but that's just personal taste.

The hosts were extremely responsive. They really did everything to ensure our visit was top. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and we even had a 5 am ride to the airport It was wonderful we just wish we had been able to stay longer to enjoy the property more
