Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good! Bedrooms was nicely decorated and confortable !

No parking lot... And breakfast was a bit overpriced

We had some misunderstanding but the owner via booking.com messages solved everything very quickly in nice way. The landscapes around are beautiful. I wish we could spend more time there.

In winter time it is a bit tricky with heating. But it seems to be an issue everywhere in Morocco

Not cheap, even the menu à la carte for the dinner. Prices three times what is normal for tourists to pay. We paid even a cup of tea which normally is offered upon arrival. In the night it was like sleeping in the open because there was no remote control available for the heating system, very cold because it is stil locatedl near the Atlas. We were given no key to enter on our own to the main gate. The lady was there. She is kind but I think in the all village of Demnate there is this feeling that tourist should pay a lot to get basic things, even at restaurants. Because apparently there is a hole in the mountain which is a big attraction.. Didn't get a good feeling. Avoid this village if you look for kind of an exchange with locals. We chose it only because we were heading back from the desert.

We booked on short notice & quite late, after 9 P.M, having been stood down by another property nearby. The landlady, who must have gone to bed already, welcomed us nevertheless and went on to prepare a tasty & plentiful meal even though it was quite late. Impeccable service! In the morning we were greeted by sights of very nice countryside & clean air

Very, very hard to find, in a small muddy blind alley at the end of the village. Needs some signposting.

Half board was good deal compared to the prices of the food.

A lot of cats everywhere, not good if you have allergies. Water in the shower only half warm and low pressure. Dining room super cold as was one of our foods. Only instant coffee and no milk. Daughter (?) of the owner / receptionist was nice but it was hard to communicate in french or English. Not very attentive during dinner or breakfast.

A better shower facility could be comfortable.

The breathtaking location, the staffs and the villa. Salwa the in-charge staff was a great help. We arrived late with almost in starving condition and she prepared us food quickly.

Washrooms can be more modernized.
