"Beautiful b&b in the heart of Masham"

Lovely room and the building has been decorated beautifully. Fan in the room which was great as it was warm outside. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, locally sourced produce. Good knowledge of the local walks as well. Would recommend staying if you are coming to Masham

Noisy road but nothing that can be done about this, and didn't make it any less enjoyable

"Comfortable stay"

Friendly, helpful host. Lovely breakfast of your choice. Large comfortable bed and fan in room which was needed as weather very hot. Great bathroom with free standing bath and separate shower.

Nothing not too like - we had a comfortable stay and will probably stay again when next in Masham. Just need to dust behind toilet and side of the bath

"A lovely, homely stay."

The owners were delightful. The purpose of our visit was a wedding nearby. The owner very kindly agreed to let us arrive early to change into our wedding outfits. The breakfast was excellent- lots of choice.

The bedroom door rattled a bit with the window open. We managed to wedge it with a case so it didn’t keep us awake.
