La predisposición de todos los que trabajan, la simpatía y la cortesía..nos ofrecieron colaciones, estuvieron siempre atentas, comunicándonos, asesorándonos..creo que 10 se queda un poco corto, teniendo en cuenta que no en todos los lugares donde te alojas, te tratan así.. super recomendado y no duden en reservar aquí.. aparte de las vistas del balcón..

The staff were AMAZING!! The women who welcomed us ( i feel bad for forgetting her name) gave us a history class while walking us to the suite and checked us in. They meet you at the plaza, so you don’t have to be crazy looking for the place, this is 10/10 service.. they also recommendede Luigi chiffi +393332685173 for transport from the station, they’re the best. They don’t overcharge like others. They were already waiting for us when we arrived, and also took us back when we left. The cave experience is amazing. The place is about a block frim the top so you don’t have to walk many steps or streets. Urselita from the morning was very nice too, we couldn’t find a breakfast place it was all cafes with pastries, so when we went back she filled our hearts with her warm attitude, made us delicious capuchinos, allowed us to have breakfast with a view. She was amazing. Overall a great experience. Stay here, you’ll thank me not having to walk with your luggage for block up and down cobblestones and stairs.

The jacuzzi was not fully clean, but you can just check that as you arrive and have them clean it. We realized past 10 pm and didn’t want to bother anyone. It was the only thing. Everything was great

Super Lage, Personal sehr nett. Man hat bei jedem Zimmer einen kleinen Außenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen. Frühstück war gut.

Kein Schrank im Zimmer.

Emplacement particulièrement central avec un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons reçu des indications par whatsapp pour un stationnement gratuit pdt la durée du séjour et une personne est venue à notre rencontre pour nous indiquer le chemin à travers les ruelles de Matera. La chambre est très bien équipée, nous avons l'accessibilité à une terrasse et aussi un excellent petit déjeuner (avec des spécialités de Matera maison), servi par le patron. Je recommande à 100% encore merci pour l'accueil avec un grand sourire.
