Ampiezza della stanza e bagno annesso.

La struttura non si è rivelata particolarmente attenta al cliente già nei giorni antecedenti al soggiorno in cui abbiamo richiesto di poter accedere alla stanza con un leggero anticipo rispetto all’orario delle 15, rispondendo a tale richiesta, inoltrata ben due volte, il giorno del soggiorno alle ore 12. A parte questo, non è stata assolutamente accogliente nel momento in cui è stata chiesta la cortesia di poter tenere i bagagli per qualche ora o di poter, previo pagamento suppletivo, usufruire di un check out più tardivo (2h), motivando anche il perché di tal richiesta. Oltre tutto ciò, nella camera erano presenti tre cimici. Tutte le nostre richieste erano delle cortesie, si è rivelata la scarsa volontà del personale di accoglierne almeno una e, in ogni caso, di motivare il perché dei no.
