The property is located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator. The rooms are located in a spacious two-story apartment. Check-in and access to the property are handled via automated software. The property is equipped with an automatic system for check-in (self check-in) and access to the building. We have chosen Vikey for automation management, which will allow you to access independently according to your needs. You will later receive a message with brief instructions. Self check-in requires uploading your documents online along with a photo of yourself to comply with national regulations, and access will be granted via a link you will receive after completing the check-in. Rooms are available from 1:00 PM. • Check-out time: The room must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM. • Luggage: It is possible to leave your luggage at the property if needed. Room & Breakfast Canalino 21 is located in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). You can access by car by sending your license plate the day before your arrival. Near the property, you will find several paid parking areas outside the ZTL (blue lines): Viale delle Rimembranze (blue lines) Viale Martiri della Libertà (blue lines) Novisad monitored parking Please note that our property is in a historic building without an elevator. Rooms are located on the second and third floors. Each room has air conditioning, while the breakfast room is equipped with two ceiling fans to refresh the air. Unfortunately, the historic building did not allow the installation of four independent motors; therefore, to avoid central motor blockages, temperature control is managed through a centralized home automation system. Breakfast is self-service. You will find everything you need in our kitchen, refrigerator, and breakfast room, in single portions and, where possible, organic.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
