View from room, location, room size for base room,

Some misses in cleaning, overpriced food, didn't get any room when we went early and had to sleep in the hall till our check in time despite cold weather

Location is very good, food in the restaurant is very tasty, there are many types of food to chose from. View from location is top, I recommend to pay extra for the room with a view to the lake.

Room was dusty, the way the room is organized is clumsy but the major issue is that for the 3rd floor the noise made by the staff in the morning when they clean the restaurant is really bad, they move the furniture 7am! Also, for all the floors, this part of the city is loud in the night: if you need a quite place take this into account.

Excellent location and proximity of other landmarks. Family room and terrace area was great. Cleanliness of room and entire place was great

If travelling in personal vehicle parking could be little daunting due to narrow lanes but its not issue just ti keep in mind. Food quality and choices wasnt great so improving it would add icing on cake
