"Decent place , but can use some improvements."

Located in a quite residential area, in a gated community with gated parking. The host lives next door and owns a business nearbyaking it easy to reach them for any questions. They made multiple trips to the place to help us with things.

It was not so easy to checkout early. We had to leave the keys in the apartment, but then you need the keys to open two gates even when leaving the property. We ended up opening the gate, running back to the door, dropping the keys and running out before it closes. It's hard to keep houseflies out of the room, may be this is a general problem in the neighborhood more than this specific place.

The host was wonderful. It was in a neighborhood away from the tourist area so you got a better feel for real Pompeiian life. They did a great job shuttling us to and from the ruins.
