This is a really cute authentic Italian apartment right in the heart of Chianalea. We loved the terrace (shared) with wonderful views to the sea. The apartment was spacious and breezy. Be prepared you have to climb a spiral staircase to get to your room (we were on the 3rd floor) so those with mobility issues will have difficulty. Car parking is limited. We were lucky enough to get one at the port where we could stay for free but it is a bit of a nightmare driving around to find one.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. And there wasn’t really any cooking facilities. There was a small stovetop but no cooking utensils, cups, crockery or a kettle, and only a tiny bar fridge. The shower was nice and hot but leaked and saturated the floor. Also the tourist tax was €2 pp per night (not €1 as stated in booking.com). However these issues didn’t detract from our wonderful experience in Scilla which we loved.

Bei Anreise mit Auto kann Parkplatzsuche ein Problem sein.

Schön und gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer sowie eine sehr zentrale Lage. Vor der Reise bzw. beim Einchecken haben wir Informationen zum Parken und diverse Ausflugstipps erhalten.

Wir haben das Vierbettzimmer (zu zweit) nur wegen der Terrasse gebucht, da diese auf den Bildern nur diesem Zimmer zugeordnet war. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Terrasse allen Gästen frei zur Verfügung steht. Besonders ungünstig war zudem, dass das Schlafzimmerfenster direkt zur Terrasse hinausging. Beim Frühstück gilt: Wer ein süßes Frühstück – insbesondere mit Kuchen – bevorzugt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir hätten uns allerdings mehr herzhafte Optionen gewünscht, wie z. B. Rührei, Tomaten oder Gurken.

L’emplacement et la vue, sans aucun doute. La terrasse du 3eme étage est commune, mais la chambre a vue sur cette terrasse et sur la mer.

Il est très difficile de monter les valises (escalier en colimaçon). Lit inconfortable, je me suis fait très mal au dos.
