It was clean

The bar wasn’t open, pool nothing like the photos, very remote and hard to find. Didn’t feel too safe and only 1 security guard.

Room clean, bed comfortable.

No staff at reception, the guard at the gate had to book us in. He didn't know which room was ours and had to phone the manager to find out. Room not as advertised, no bath, only shower. No restaurant as advertised, we had to make use of Uber eats for dinner, and they took an hour to deliver. Couldn't make use of the spa facilities, we had to make an appointment before the time, which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Breakfast was cold and toast soggy. Coffee machine not working.

Location on the booking.com direction is completely wrong, please change it. It was a hassle getting a hold of someone at night as well, drove around for a few minutes with no correct location.

Checking in was a breeze. Their room was super clean. The bedding was fresh Great WiFi connection. A home away from home. The staff are a ten out of ten From when I got there up until my checkout. Even though my booking had said no Breakfast included I got a freshly prepared breakfast that was super scrumptious.

The room had ants , spoiled our food

I appreciate the room, but I feel that the open shower could use a carpet around it to prevent slipping when you step out with wet feet. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password was not provided in the room, and we had to ask for it. It would be helpful if the password was clearly displayed in the room.

We didn't receive any communication from the BnB, which made us feel lost since we couldn't find the location. After getting quite lost, we had to ask for directions. We came for the wine, art, and music event, so we only needed a comfortable place to sleep. There was a function happening, but we were too tired and ended up crashing early.

The room was specious, comfortable and very neat and clean
